Introduction

At Medmatrix, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services and products. However, due to the varied nature of our offerings (Services, Digital Goods, Hosting), our refund policies differ by category.

1. Web Design and Digital Marketing Services

• Cancellation: You may cancel a service project within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.
• Refunds: Once work has commenced or milestones have been met (e.g., design mock-ups delivered), payments are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way by the client, billing will be pro-rated based on work completed.

2. Hosting Services

• Cancellations: Hosting services can be cancelled at any time by contacting support.
• Refunds: We offer a refund for annual hosting plans if cancelled within 7 days of purchase. Monthly hosting payments are non-refundable. Domain registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the domain is registered.

3. Digital Products and Online Courses

• Non-Refundable: Due to the instant nature of digital downloads and course access, all sales of Digital Products and Online Courses are final and non-refundable.
• Exceptions: If you are unable to access the file or course due to a technical error on our end, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved within 3 business days.

4. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (Razorpay or PayPal).
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement after approval.

5. Disputes
   

   If you have an issue with a transaction, please contact info@medmatrix.in before raising a dispute with the payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues amicably.
